The Wild King Salmon is one favourite, and another excellent dish is one of the best Lamb Racks (alongside exquisite mashed potatoes and sautéed garlic spinach) that I've had the pleasure to taste. The specials (last week an Oyster stew) are also nuanced and the desert is delectable."
